粉煤灰负载壳聚糖处理印染废水的最佳实验条件 被引量:4

摘要 对粉煤灰负载壳聚糖的制备及将其应用于印染废水处理上的情况进行了研究。研究了不同试剂的投加量,pH和反应时间等因素对印染废水脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明,印染废水的最适处理条件是:在常温下,当pH是3.5,粉煤灰负载壳聚糖的投加量是4 g/L,反应时间为20 min,静置沉淀时间是5 h时,印染废水的脱色率可达92.6%。。 The preparation of fly ash combined with chitosan was studied as well as its application in treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.The influence of various factors on the decolorization effect of printing and dyeing wastewater was investigated.The proper reaction conditions were obtained.The results show that,when dosage of fly ash coated with chitosan is 4g/L,pH is 3.5,reaction time is 20 min,settling time is 5 h at normal temperature,the decolorization rate of printing and dyeing wastewater is up to 92.6%,.
