摘要
铜矿进行酸浸处理后会产生大量废弃的酸浸渣,这些酸浸渣中仍然含有可观的可回收金属,但因其品位低、成分复杂等因素增加了回收的难度。利用微生物浸出技术可对酸浸渣中的剩余金属进行二次回收,其中找到合适的浸出条件是此技术能否成功的关键。很多研究表明Fe2+对微生物浸出过程有十分重要的影响,本文研究了Fe2+对在30℃条件下微生物搅拌浸出赞比亚酸浸渣的影响。试验结果表明Fe2+对微生物浸出酸浸渣没有促进作用,反而有一定的阻碍效应。该工作为处理利用酸浸渣等难浸出矿物提供了参考价值。
Amounts of leaching tailings produced from copper mining industry still have considerable metals whose recovery is feasible,yet which is not easy because leaching tailings contain very low-grade ores and complex composition.Bioleaching could be used to releach the available metal,and it is significant to adopt efficient process conditions.In this paper,the impact of Fe2+ on bioleaching of Zambian acid leaching tailings in stirred tank at 30 °C was studied.The results show that Fe2+can reduce copper recovery efficiency instead of improving it.
