摘要
对溶液中各浓度醋酸甲酯和甲醇的分离性能进行了研究,主要对各浓度醋酸甲酯精馏过程中的不同实验条件进行了初探,得到了塔釜加热温度,塔釜液浓度,回流比,盐,萃取剂的加入量等实验条件与塔顶产品浓度之间的关系,并利用计算机绘制了图表,确定一组最优的实验条件。
The separation performance of methanol and methyl acetate in the solution with various concentrations was studied.The distillation process of methyl acetate with different concentration under different experimental conditions was discussed.The relationship of top product concentration with heating temperature,solution concentration in kettle,reflux ratio,extractant dosage was obtained.And optimal experimental conditions were determined.
