摘要 晶体硅太阳电池主栅与焊带之间的连接性能直接影响光伏组件的光电转化效率和使用寿命。研究了不同焊接温度和时间对焊接质量的影响,结果表明,焊接温度380℃、焊接时间3 s时,焊接后电池主栅与焊带的连接性能最佳。 The connection performance between the bus bar of crystalline silicon solar cells and the ribbon has a direct impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency and service life of PV modules.In this paper,the effect of soldering temperature and time on the soldering quality was studied.The results show that when the soldering temperature is 380 ℃ and soldering time is 3 s,the connection performance between the bus bar of cells and the ribbon after the soldering is the best.
