远程监控管理系统能够在事故现场或某些重要场合,将个体采集摄取的图像、现场声音通过无线传输的方式传输到一定距离外的通讯车,在指挥车内的监视器进行图像信号的显示,提供现场指挥依据;同时,通过车载图像传输系统,将图像信号传输到上级指挥中心,从而实现快速、灵活的远程调度指挥。
The remote monitoring and management system can transmit images and sounds by mobile image transmission device at the accident place or other important area to the remote command vehicle.Images will be displayed on the screen of monitor in the command vehicle to provide information for commanders;Images can also be transmitted to the superior commanding center through vehicular image transmission system,which can make the remote commanding and management quickly and flexibly.
