Analysis on Light Hydrocarbon Recovery System of a Joint Station

轻烃回收是减少油气损耗,提高油田开发整体效益的有效手段之一。而如何提高液烃回收率,降低能耗则是评价轻烃回收工艺水平的重要依据。安塞油田原油伴生气现已大部分引至轻烃处理厂进行回收处理,本文通过对高一联合站轻烃系统原理及关键技术分析,力求更大程度的提高轻烃回收率,增加经济效益,同时通过评价站库运行时存在的风险因素,提高站库的安全系数。

Light hydrocarbon recovery is an effective means to reduce the loss of oil and gas,to improve the overall efficiency of oilfield development.And how to improve the recovery of liquid hydrocarbon,and reduce energy consumption is the important basis to evaluate the process level of light hydrocarbon recovery system.Ansai oilfield associated gas is now mostly carried to the light hydrocarbon treatment plant to carry out recycling treatment.In this paper,in order to improve light hydrocarbon recovery rate to increase economic benefits,system theory and key technology of a light hydrocarbons joint station were analyzed.At the same time,through evaluating risk factors of the station,its safety factor was improved.
