摘要 介绍了中国石油抚顺石油化工公司石油二厂240×104t/a延迟焦化联合装置进行了掺炼含有催化剂固体粉末的催化分馏塔底油浆的工业试验。结果表明,在操作条件不变前提下,干气、液化气、汽油、煤油和柴油产率下降,石油焦产率上升。掺炼催化油浆后,解决了催化油浆出路,有利于全厂重质油物料平衡。对产品分布和产品质量略有影响。 The application of blending FCC slurry from the bottom of fractionating column into feedstock of 240×104 t/a delayed coking unit was introduced.The results show that,when operating parameters are as same as the original operating mode,the yields of dry gas,LPG,gasoline,kerosene and diesel oil decrease;and then the yields of petroleum coke increases after blending FCC slurry,which can provide a way for comprehensive utilization of FCC slurry and be beneficial to balancing heavy oil for the whole refinery,and has little harm for the product distribution and production quality.
