摘要
设计了以MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,采用模糊PID控制算法的工业烤箱温度控制系统。设计了模糊PID控制器,详细阐述了系统的硬件电路。利用Matlab中的Simulink平台进行仿真分析,采用模糊PID控制器不仅可以克服温度对象的纯滞后,同时减小了系统的超调量,加快了响应速度,取得良好的控制效果。
An industry oven temperature control system with the core of MSP430F 149 Single-chip microcomputer was designed. The system adopted fuzzy PID algorithm. The fuzzy PID controller was also designed, with the hardware circuit elaborated. The simulation analyses were made with Matlab and Simulink. The simulation result indicates that the fuzzy PID controller can not only overcome time delay of the temperature object, but also decrease the overshoot of the system. This system not only speeds up the response, but also obtains good control effect.
