我院门诊麻醉药品使用情况分析

Analysis of anesthetics used in out-patients of Nankai Hospital in 2011

目的:了解本院门诊麻醉药品的用药情况,促进麻醉药品的合理使用,防止滥用。方法:收集和整理2011年本院门诊药房麻醉药品处方,了解其用药情况,对其进行分析点评,加强质量管理。结果:2011年麻醉药处方共891张,涉及4种剂型5个品种。其中注射剂1种、片剂1种、控缓释片剂2种、外用贴剂1种。用药人次最多的为硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg),共517人次,占58%;其次为盐酸吗啡注射液(10 mg),共147人次,占16.5%。结论:根据癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则,本院门诊麻醉药品处方基本合格,临床医师对麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但还需进一步加强用药管理。

Objective ： To know about the utilization of anesthetics in out - patients in our hospital to avoid misuse and to promote the rational use of the drugs. Methods ： the anesthetic - related prescriptions for out - patients were collected and analyzed. Re- suhs：891 prescriptions in 2001 were collected, involving four kinds of dosage forms and five anesthetics, one was injection, one was tablet, two were sustained release preparations and one was topical patch. Morphine sulfate sustained release tablets （ 30 mg ） was prescribed for 517 patients （accounting for 58% of the total patients） which was the most frequently used. Conclusion：Accord- ing to the cancer three ladder analgesic guidelines, the prescriptions for outpatients of the hospital comply basically with the official regulations, and the applications of anesthetics in our hospital are rational. However, further improvement in the applications of narcotic prescriptions are necessary.
