摘要 火电企业作为中国的能耗大户,有效地进行节能减排投资是破解面临的资源与环境困境,实现可持续发展的现实选择。对此,笔者构建了火电企业节能减排投资的系统动力学模型,分析了其对于降低企业能耗和减少污染物的排放效果,并以河北省某发电企业为实例进行仿真验证,结果表明:火电企业节能减排投资的重点应放在提高减排的技术水平和投资力度,才能实现火电企业的绿色低碳发展。 As for herbal power enterprises, the big client of energy consumption, the investment on energy saving and emission reduction is the actual choice to solve difficulties in resource and environment and to realize sustainable development. Therefore ,the author establishes the system dynamics model of investment, analyzes its effect on the reduction of energy consumption and emission, and simulates and verifies it taking Hebei Province as an example. The result shows proves that if a thermal power low- carbon development, it should emphasize on how to enhance emission strength. a power generation enterprise in enterprise is desirous to realize green reduction technology and investment
