计及缺电成本输电网规划方案的优化

摘要 针对电网事故等诸多因素对电网公司供电连续性的影响及增大供电成本问题,提出采用切负荷赔款措施以均衡用户和电网公司的损失,即在传统的输电网规划模型上增加考虑缺电成本影响而建立了数学模型,使规划后的网络具有最佳的综合效益。在符合工程实际的前提下,用故障排序法选取断线支路,有效减少了计算时间与计算量。对断线后支路分别采用逐步切负荷法与单一点切负荷法进行计算,验证了逐步切负荷法的合理性和有效性。 Due to power grid accidents and other factors, the continuity of power supply for the power grid company is influenced, resulting in an increase of power supply cost. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes to use load shedding method to balance the loss of both customers and power companies. First, on the basis of the traditional planning model of transmission network, taking the influence of power outage cost into consideration ,the mathematical model is established, a model which ensures the optimal comprehensive benefit of the network. Then subject to the practical project ,the disconnected branch is found by fault sorting method which reduces the time and amount of calculation. Finally, the disconnected branch selected is calculated separately by progressive load shedding methodandsingle point load shedding method. The result proves the rationality and feasibility of progressive load shedding method.
