摘要 含有分布式电源的配电网重构是一个非常复杂的非线性组合优化问题,而重构后的网络必须是辐射状且连通的。在这种约束条件的基础上,提出了SA-IPSO混合算法。该算法结合了模拟退火算法的全局寻优和改进粒子群算法计算速度快的优点,避免了陷入局部最优和计算时间长的缺点,可以有效获得全局最优解。计算结果表明,在含有分布式电源情况下,该方法不仅可以提高供电电压质量,还可以降低网损。以IEEE69节点为例,验证了该方法的可行性。 The distribution network reeonfiguration with distributed generation, which is complicated nonlinear combinatorial optimization, requires to get the radialized and connected network. On the basis of the constraint, this paper proposes SA - IPSO hybrid algorithm combining the advantages of global optimization of simulated annealing and high calculation speed of improved particle swarm optimization. The algorithm, avoiding local optimization and long calculation time, enables to get the global optimal solution. The calculation result shows that this method can not only provide high quality of supply voltage with distributed generation, and reduce network loss as well. Taking IEEE69 node as an example, the result verifies the feasibility of the method.
