摘要
针对某电厂锅炉暖风器更换后存在较为严重的振动现象,阐述了锅炉暖风器及其风道振动原因与振动机理,提出了Flunet软件数值模拟和卡门涡流脱落频率计算相结合的方法,并用该方法对暖风器及其风道系统振动原因进行了模拟及计算分析。结果表明,锅炉暖风器及其风道振动是空气在流经暖风器过程中形成的卡门涡流与一阶声驻波频率耦合造成的。
Aiming at the serious vibration of boiler air heater after replacement, this paper expounds the reason and mechanism of the vibration of air heater and its affiliated duct, proposes a method combing numerical simulation by Fluent and karman vortex calculation, and by which simulates and calculates the vibration reason. The result shows that the vibration is the coupling of standing ware frequency and kannan vortex formed when air passing the heater.
