摘要
针对燃煤电厂排放的氮氧化物(NOx)对生态环境危害极大等问题,阐述了华电国际电力股份有限公司莱城发电厂300 MW机组燃煤锅炉多空气分级低NOx燃烧技术改造项目和特点,提出了对其燃烧器系统、一次风管道、二次风系统和空预器系统进行低氮改造的措施。其结果表明,该锅炉燃烧系统低氮改造后,锅炉热效率提高了1%,锅炉NOx排放量大幅减少,排放浓度标准降到了240 mg/m3。
Aiming at the harm to environment brought by NOx discharged by pulverized - coal power plant, this pa- per expounds the technological improvement and characteristics of the air - staged and low NOx emission combustion system of 300 mW pulverized -coal boiler in Laicheng Power Plant, and proposes measures to conduct low nitrogen transformation on burner, primary duct, secondary air system and air preheater system. The result shows that the thermal efficiency enhances by 1% after the low nitrogen transformation of combustion system and the emission of NOx reduces with a concentration of 240 mg/m3.
