算法转换在串联EFP成型以及侵彻过程中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究双层药型罩形成串联EFP以及串联EFP侵彻间隔靶的过程。利用算法转换对这两个过程进行了数值模拟,即串联EFP的成型过程用Lagrange算法来模拟,然后将串联EFP的所有单元转换为SPH粒子,所有粒子都将继承原有的速度等信息,最后利用转换后的SPH粒子来模拟串联EFP侵彻三层间隔靶的过程。结果表明:该算法转换能够有效的模拟串联EFP成型以及侵彻间隔靶的过程。研究结果可为数值模拟算法的选择提供新的参考。 In order to research the process of the double shaped charge liner forming tandem EFP and the tandem EFP penetrating into multi-layer spaced plates,the algorithmic transformation was used to simulate the process,that is,the Lagange was used to simulate the process of tandem EFP forming and all elements of the tandem EFP were transformed to SPH particles which can inherit the original speed and other information,the SPH particles were used to simulate the process of tandem EFP penetrating into multi-layer spaced plates in the end.The results show that the algorithmic transformation can successfully simulating the process of the double shaped charge liner forming tandem EFP and the tandem EFP penetrating into multi-layer spaced plates.The research results can provide a new reference for selecting algorithmic on the numerical simulation.
