结构参数对CEW战斗部成型影响的数值仿真

摘要 为适应灵巧弹药的发展,提高战斗部综合毁伤效率,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件欧拉算法进行了多功能战斗部成型的数值模拟以及结构参数对多功能战斗部成型影响的数值分析,得出了周边药型罩的最佳数目,以及药型罩口径及曲率半径的最佳匹配关系。结果表明,周围采用16个小药型罩的多功能战斗部对装药的能量利用率较高,有效覆盖面积及密度更大,综合作战效能好;周边药型罩曲率半径与口径的最佳匹配关系为0.7≤r/dK≤0.9;中心药型罩曲率半径与口径的最佳匹配关系为0.85≤R/DK≤0.9。 In view of development of smart munitions and improvement of damage efficiency of warhead,numerical simulations by LS-DYNA were carried out to study the forming of CEW warhead and the influence of configuration parameter on it.The best befitting mounts of the liner around and the optimum matching relation of curvature radius and caliber of the liner were got.For CEW warhead of different mounts of little liner,the results indicate that when the number is 16,CEW warhead has greater energy utilization,bigger effective coverage area and density,and a better comprehensive operational effectiveness.The optimum matching relation of curvature radius and caliber of the liner around varies from 0.7 to 0.9.The optimum matching relation of curvature radius and caliber of the center liner varies from 0.85 to 0.9.
