摘要
目的对伞形科植物紫花大叶柴胡(B.longiradiatum Turcz.var.porphyranthum Shan et Y.Li)进行生药学研究。方法从宏观(植物形态、药材性状特征)和微观(显微组织)结构对紫花大叶柴胡鉴别特征进行研究;采用HPLC法对其有效活性成分进行含量检测。结果首次详细地描述了紫花大叶柴胡根的横切面组织结构显微特征及粉末中木栓细胞、纤维、导管、油室碎片及条状分泌物、薄壁细胞等特征;其有效活性成分柴胡皂苷d含量为0.5%。结论确定了紫花大叶柴胡的生药学鉴定特征及其有效活性成分含量,为该资源的开发利用提供了依据。
Objective To make pharmacognostical study on the umbelliferae bupleurum longiradiatum var.porphyranthum.Methods The diagnostic characteristics of bupleurum longiradiatum var.porphyranthum including macroscopical and microscopic constructions,such as plant morphology,texture,and tissues,were studied.The active ingredients of the herb were detected by HPLC method.Results In this research,the microscopic characteristics of transverse section and the characteristics of cork cells,fiber,vessel,oil cavity fragments,secretion with strip-like shape,and parenchyma cells were particularly described for the first time.The content of the active component saikosaponin d was 0.5%.Conclusion The diagnostic characteristics and the active ingredient content of bupleurum longiradiatum var.porphyranthum are identified.
