摘要
以枯叶指数、叶片防效与新根抑制率为指标评价了生物制剂对水葫芦中试试验的防控效果。实验结果表明,该生物制剂对水葫芦的防治效果显著。喷施生物制剂5d后,71.43%植株枯叶达到了5级,60%植株枯根达到2级,枯叶指数达80.78,杀灭效果达77.96%;根系开始变黑,新根抑制效果达94.85%。施药后15d叶片、叶柄全面枯萎,98.65%叶片达到了5级枯叶效果,90%根系的枯根达到4级;25d叶片全部枯亡,35d根系基本死亡,45d根系全部死亡,55d后全部腐化分解。
Control effects of the biological agents and its major ingredients on Eichhornia crassipes is studied through evaluating the leaf-withering index,blade control effect and the new roots inhibition rate,which using the single factor experiment design method in the laboratory and the comparison test method outdoor.On the other side,outdoor experimental results show that,5d after spraying biological agents,leaves index reaches 80.78,blade control effect 77.96% and new roots inhibitory effect 94.85%.All in all,the biological agents show conspicuous effects on the prevention and control of Eichhornia crassipes.After applying pesticide,for 15d the leaf and the leafstalk become wilted,for 25d the leaves became dead entirety;for 35d the roots became basically dead,45d totally died,and 55d all breakdown.
