惠州市城乡公共体育设施建设调查研究

Investigation about Public Sports Facilities Construction in Urban and Rural Areas in Huizhou

本文采用文献资料法、调查法、和访谈法等,对惠州市城乡公共体育设施建设进行调查,结果显示:惠州市城乡公共体育设施建设存在大型场馆公共体育公益性弱化;偏重大型化场馆投资,弱化小型化体育场地建设;封闭管理,利用率低;筹资渠道单一,场地设施建设经费不足;惠民的体育设施品类单一,数量少,质量差等问题。并针对以上问题提出了一系列相应的对策。

This article has investigated the construction of public sports facilities in urban and rural areas of Huizhou by means of documentary,investigation and interview. And the investigation indicates the following problems：weakening in public spirit of public sports in large stadiums ; overweight in the investment of large - scale stadium and weakening in the construction of small - scale stadiums ; adoption of closed management and low efficiency ; single financing channels and shortage of funds for site facilities ; breed of benefiting sporst facilities is onefold, few in number and of low quality. In view of the above problems, a series of corresponding measures are presented in this article.
