七叶一枝花组织培养和种子萌发条件的研究 被引量:21

摘要 为观察不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)对七叶一枝花种子萌发的影响,采用了不同温度、光照和不同植物生长调节剂对七叶一枝花种子和根状茎愈伤组织进行诱导.结果表明:在17~22℃,光照12 h,添加0.5mg/L 6-BA和0.1mg/L NAA,种子和根状茎愈伤组织的诱导率高为57%,30mg/L GA3和35%PEG6000种子萌发效果最好,萌发率分别为39.3%和37.9%.故低浓度的GA3、2,4-D和PEG6000都能促进种子萌发. To investigate the influence of concentrations of GA3 , 2,4-D and PEG6000 on the germination of seeds, the seeds and calli of rhizomes of paris polyphyUa were induced by various temperatures, light and plant growth regulators. The results indicated that under 17 N 22℃, 12 h illumination,0.5 mg/L 6-BA and O. 1 mg/L NAA, the induction rate of the seeds and rhizomes was as high as 57%. The best conditions for germination were 30 mg/L GA3 and 35% PEG 6000, and the rates of germination were 39.3% and 37.9% respectively. So low concentrations of GA3 , 2,4-D and PEG 6000 could effectively promote seed germination of paris polyphylla.
