学习贯彻十八大精神,用十八大精神指导实践,一要牢牢把握十八大精神的深刻内涵,深刻领会十八大的主题主线,深刻领会科学发展观的根本指导意义,深刻领会全面提高党的建设科学化水平的重要意义,以用于指导建设教学研究型高水平大学的实践;二要坚持理论联系实际,把党的十八大部署和要求落实到学校的各方面工作中。

we should study and implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of CPC to guide the practice and further promote the science development of the university. We should firmly grasp the profound meaning of 18th National Congress of CPC, make deep comprehension of its theme and mainline and its guiding significance, and understand how to improve the scientific level of CPC construction entirely to guide the practice of constructing the research-based university; and meanwhile, we should combine theory and practice, and put the spirit of the 18th National Congress of CPC into the various aspects of school work including the construction of research-based university and major projects.
