摘要
通过调节软硬单体的比例合成不同玻璃化温度(Tg)的聚合物乳液水性裱书胶,研究Tg对儿童卡书性能的影响,结果表明:随着聚合物Tg的降低,卡书弯曲度变小,含水率增大,卡书耐低温性能优秀,但高温容易出现开胶。
With different types of glass transition temperature ( Tg), the water - based carboard laminating adhesive were prepared, and the properties of children's board book was studied by the Tg of poiymer. The result showed that with the decreased of Tg, the bending of board book becomes smaller, the moisture content increases and low temperature re- sistance was excellent, but high temperature resistance was easy tackless.
