摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法合成了CaMoO4:Eu3+白光LED用红色荧光粉。用XRD和荧光光谱对物相结构、发光性能进行了分析,XRD表明Mg2+,Sr2+,Ba2+部分取代Ca2+后,只有Sr2+的取代能形成连续固溶体;荧光光谱分析表明样品在220~490 nm范围内存在基质电荷迁移吸收带和Eu3+离子f-f跃迁吸收带两个较强的能量吸收带。通过光谱拟合分析了CaMoO4:Eu3+激发光谱能量吸收带的组成,研究表明通过选择不同的掺杂离子,从而改变吸收波长,可以制备出适应于不同激发波长LED芯片的荧光粉。
CaM0O4:Eu^3+ red fluorescent powder for white LED was synthesized by sol - gel method. Its crystalstructure and luminescent properties were analyzed by XRD and fluorescence spectra. XRD showed that Mg^2+,Sr^2+,Ba^2+ partial substitution of Ca^2+ , only the substitution of Sr^2+ can form a continuous solid solution. Fluorescence spectraindicated two strong energy absorption band at 220 nm to 490 nm were the charge - transfer absorption band of matrix and f- f transition bands of Eu^3+ energy absorption. The energy absorption band composition of CaM0O4:Eu^3+ excitationspectral analyzed by the spectral fitting. The results showed that the phosphor can be prepared to adapt to different excita- tion wavelength LED chip by choosing different doping ions and changing the wavelength of absorption.
