摘要
通过考察氧化酯化反应机理,对气液两相的传质进行相关分析。使用超重力反应器作为新型反应设备,对氧化酯化工艺条件进行实验。实验表明超重力反应器可以提高气液两相的分散接触,促进反应。通过实验考察气相组成、甲醇流量及反应器转速,得到了较优的反应条件。具有一定的工业应用前景。
By examining the oxidative esterification reaction mechanism, two -phase gas -liquid mass transfer cor- relation was analyzed. Gravity reactor in the oxidative esterification was studied. The experiments showed that the gravity reactor can improve the gas - liquid two - phase dispersion of contact and promote the reaction. Through the experimental investigation vapor composition, the methanol flow speed and the reactor, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained, which had the prospects of industrial applications.
