摘要 近年来通过氢键活化来促进不对称有机催化的反应引起了化学家们的广泛兴趣,而结构中含有硫脲基团的手性有机催化剂可通过其独特的双N-H基团与多种反应试剂形成双氢键从而实现良好的催化活性以及手性控制。本文以廉价的L-苯丙氨酸为起始物,设计并合成了一种新型手性有机小分子双功能硫脲类催化剂。 Over the past years, organocatalysts bearing hydrogen - bonding activating group were the subjects of in- tensive research. The double hydrogen - bonding interaction of N - H of thiourea and reactant was generally realized to have a specific role in the efficient catalysis and high enantiocontrol. A novel chiral bifunctional thiourea organocatalyst was designed and synthesized starting from commercially available L -phenylalanine.
