摘要
对市售的各类食品进行干法灰化处理,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其中的镉元素进行检测和分析。结果表明:该法简便、快速、灵敏度高、相关系数(r)均在0.9992~0.9998之间。在检测样品中的大多数的零食,二次加工的食品中镉的含量都较高,在蔬菜中的镉的含量比较少。
Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the Cadmium (Cd) within the different kinds of food in the market was detected and analyzed by the dry -ashing pretreatment. The result showed that this method was conven- ient, fast, high sensitivity, and correlation indexes (r) were 0. 9992 - 0. 9998. Many snack samples, which were secondary process foods, had higher Cd content rather than in vegetables.
