摘要
用测量不确定度表示检测结果是当前国际上约定做法,作者依据测量不确定度的评定原则,阐述了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱方法测定钛合金中铝、钼、锆质量分数的测量不确定度的影响因素,给出了相对不确定度分量,得出测量扩展不确定度的结果,使实验结果更有客观性和准确性。
The uncertainty of measurement indicated the results of examination were a regular method in the world now. Based on the rules of uncertainty evaluation in measurement, the influencing factors on uncertainty of measurement result for aluminum, molybdenum and zirconium in titanium alloy by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry of measure- ment result were analyzed and calculated. It found out various factors of relative standard uncertainty, and the outcome of detection expanding uncertainty was obtained, making the results more objectivity and correctness.
