大型卧式容器及其平台的设计计算

摘要 对大型卧式容器的直径、长度等关键参数的合理设置进行了讨论,探讨了其上的操作平台的布置情况,进行了操作平台的支撑结构论述,指出两种力学计算模型,按材料力学进行了支撑结构计算。最后对操作平台上的平台铺板受风载荷振动问题做了初步分析和计算,指出平台设计完全可以按工程经验进行。 A reasonable set of diameter, length and other key parameters of large horizontal vessel were discussed, the layout on the operating platform and a support structure on operating platform were explored, the calculation model of tWO kinds of mechanics were presented, and supporting structure was calculated according to material mechanics. Finally, the preliminary analysis and calculation of the operation platform on the platform deck under wind load vibration problems were carried out, and the olatform design comoletelv according to engineering experience was pointed out.
