聚丙烯装置中PK601技改的探索

The Exploration of Technological Transformation for PK601 in the PP Plant

摘要 结合陕西延长石油延安石油化工厂聚丙烯装置,通过对比冷媒R134a与R1270(propylene)的性质,提出技改冷冻机组PK601的几种方案并初步分析其方案的可行性,将冷冻机组PK601进行技改。若本技改方案成功有利于提高装置利用率,减少能源消耗,减少环境污染,增加收益。 Combined with the PP plant of the Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yanan Petrochemical Plants, by compa-ring the properties of refrigerant R134a and R1270 ( propylene ), several solutions about reforming refrigeration unit PK601 were proposed and the feasibility of the solution was initially analyzed, and the refrigeration unit PK601 was re-formed. The success of the solution was helpful to improve plant utilization, reduce energy consumption, decrease envi- ronment pollution, and increase benefits.
