2013年全运会大连志愿服务动机的因子分析

The Participation Motivation among volunteers of the 12nd National Games in Dalian

主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,对当前影响全运会大连志愿服务动机的多方面因素进行了调查统计分析。结果表明:1、志愿活动多以青年为主,年龄主要集中在23～25岁,男生比例明显高于女生;参与的志愿服务与专业相关,志愿项目中多以赛会志愿为主,女生部分集中在礼仪服务。2、志愿活动动机按贡献率的大小排序,受试者参与的动机因素最高的是因素利己型动机因素,其次为因素利他型动机因素,第三为受影响型动机因素,而娱乐和交往型因素的服务动机最低。

This paper mainly using the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods for the factors affecting the effect of National Games volunteer service motivation from Dalian and other aspects of investigation and analysis. The results show that： in terms of volunteer motivation, subjects participating motivation is the highest factor egoistic motivation factors, followed by the factors of altruistic motivation factors, third motivation factors affected, and entertainment and interaction factors of service motivation minimum.
