Analysis of Chemical Constituents in Sedum Purpureum by LC/MS

目的:用液质联用技术,分析紫景天的化学成分.方法:采用醇提法提取紫景天中的化学成分,运用液相色谱-质谱联用法进行检测.结果:通过对254nm波长下的液质图谱的解析,分析出紫景天中舍有β-谷甾醇、草质素-8-甲醚和草质素-7-0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷.结论:液质联用技术能够快速准确的分析出紫景天中的化学成分,为多组分样品的分析提供了快速便捷的方法.

Objective Using LC - MS technology to analyze chemical constituents of Sedum Purpureum.Methods The chemical constituents in the Sedum Purpureum were distilled by ethanol,and detected by LC - MS. Results Through the analysis,the Sedum Purpureum have beta sitosterol and herbacetin - 8 - methyl ether and herbacetin -7 -O-α-L- rhamnopyranoside.Conclusion Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC -MS/MS) technique can quickly and accurately analyze the chemical constituents of Sedum Purpureum,providing a convenient method for analysis of multicomponent samples.
