江苏省农业生产要素弹性分析

Elasticity of Agricultural Production Factors in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省62个农业区域为研究单元,利用2011年农业投入产出的截面数据,运用Moran散点图、LISA聚集图分析了江苏省农业产出的空间依赖性和空间异质性,并借助GWR模型估计测算了江苏省各地区农业生产要素弹性。结果表明:江苏省农业产出在整体和局部均表现出了显著的空间正相关性;农业生产要素对农业产出增长的弹性存在明显的空间异质性,即各要素弹性在不同区域间具有较大差异,苏南地区大多数区域农业产出的增长主要依靠资本要素投入,劳动力和土地要素弹性较小,苏中地区大多区域农业产出的增长主要依靠资本和劳动力要素投入,土地要素弹性为负或不显著,苏北地区大多数区域农业产出依靠劳动力要素投入,其次为资本要素和土地要素。

The paper used 62 agricultural counties in Jiangsu province as the research unit.Based on the data of agricultural input and output in 2011,the paper used Moran scatter plot and LISA aggregation figure to analyze spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity of agricultural output,then calculated elasticity of agricultural production factors with the aid of GWR model.The results showed that： agricultural output had a significant spatial positive correlation in the whole and local area of Jiangsu Province;elasticity of agricultural production factors on agricultural output growth had obvious spatial heterogeneity;capital was the main factor on agricultural output growth in most regions of the southern Jiangsu province;capital and labor were main factors on agricultural output growth in most regions of the middle Jiangsu province;while labor was the main factor on agricultural output growth in most regions of the northern Jiangsu province.
