摘要 幼儿园教师素质事关整个幼儿教育事业的发展。而幼儿园教师培训却存在着忽视受训者的灌输现象,制约了其进一步深入发展。走向对话有利于幼儿园教师主体性的发挥,有利于幼儿园教师专业的发展,有利于幼儿园教师培训的转型发展。幼儿园教师培训走向对话是必然的,也是可能的。平等的师生关系是走向对话的前提,内容的经验性和问题性是走向对话的基础,引导是对话教学的关键,提高培训者的理论和实践素养是对话的保障。 Kindergarten teachers' quality is related to the development of preschool education. There is in- still phenomenon to ignore the trainees in kindergarten teacher training, it restricted its further development. Extending to conversation is in favor of subjectivity, professional development of kindergarten teachers and the transformation and development of kindergarten teachers training. Kindergarten teacher training extends to con- versation is inevitable, is also possible. And equal relationship between teachers and students is the premise to dialogue, experience and problems of content is the basis of extending to conversation, guidance is the key to the dialogue teaching, to improve the theory and practice of quality is guarantee of the dialogue.
