摘要
燃烧废气能量是发动机热量损失的一个主要来源,约占燃烧总热量的40%左右,排气余热利用是汽车节能的有效途径。围绕越野汽车的排气余热利用,设计了热水淋浴装置,采用热水交换器回收发动机的排气余热,通过智能水温装置控制热水温度,通过水箱的减振和保温设计,提高了水箱的使用寿命。研究结果表明,该装置结构简单,安全可靠,具有较高的能量回收效率。
The exhaust gas energy is an important source of engine heat loss, and 40% of the combustion heat is wasted through the exhaust, so exhaust waste heat recirculation is an effective technical solution for energy saving. The hot shower de- vice is designed for the exhaust waste heat recirculation, and the waste heat is recovered by hot water switch, the water tempera- ture is controlled by the smart water temperature device, the tank is improved by the vibration damping and thermal insulation design. The results show that the hot water shower device has features such as simple structure, being safe and reliable, and it has high energy recovery efficiency.
