摘要
摘要:溶胀时间及温度对热塑性橡胶改性沥青的性能具有重要影响,本文根据热塑性橡胶改性沥青的粘度变化机理,采用高速剪切配合低速搅拌的方式,添加额定比例的TPS对沥青进行改性。剪切时间为30min,低速搅拌过程分别采用0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3。0h六种不同的时间,以表征溶胀时间对沥青粘度的影响。通过不同温度水平下的布氏粘度试验,得出改性沥青在整个温度区间的粘度变化情况,并对其变化机理进行了分析。
Time and temperature will be affected on performance of thermoplastic rubber asphalt viscosity. Accord- ing to the mechanism of thermoplastic rubber asphalt, this paper uses high speed cutting and low speed mixing as modification method. The duration of high speed shear were united on 30min, the low speed mixing were set at 0.5/ 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3. Oh respectively, to simulate the affection of swelling degree on viscosity. Through Brookfield viscosity test in different temperatures, it obtains the viscosity changes of modified asphalt in the whole temperature range and analyse the mechanism of change.
