摘要:为了评价汽车所用变速器中同步器的性能与寿命等技术指标,设计了基于PLC的专用测试系统,能够完成各种长时间、高重复性的同步器测试,运行稳定可靠。本文主要介绍了测试系统的组成结构、系统设计、PLC在测试系统中的应用和控制程序设计。
To evaluate the automobile synchronizer performance and longevity, a PLC based on testing system is de- veloped , which can achieve a variety of long - time and high - repeated tests and keep its operation stable and reli- able. This paper presents its structure, control system design, the application of PLC and control program design.
