Focusing on the Needs of Enterprises and Seeking Cooperation Opportunities

摘要：分析了企业对教育、人才、技术、政策、文化、地位、权利、效益、资金等方面的需求，分析了企业与职业院校互相依存的关系，分析了职业学校在这些方面可能给企业带来的帮助，论述了职业学校应该关注企业需求，在满足企业需求方面做好文章，主动寻求合作契机，增强职业学校在校企合作中的吸引力，达到校企合作办学、共同培养高技能型人才的目的。

The needs of enterprises for education, talent, technology, policy, culture, status, rights, benefits and funds are analyzed in this paper. It also analyzes the interdependence between colleges and enterprises, the benefit vocational schools may bring to enterprises. It discusses that the vocational school should pay attention to the enter- prise needs, to meet the needs of enterprise and seek the cooperation opportunity actively. Therefore strengthen the role of vocational college in the cooperation, and fulfill the aim of training high skilled talents through school - en- terprise cooperation.
