摘要:实训师资队伍直接关系到实训教学活动的开展,关系到教学质量的高低。而高职院校实训师资队伍却普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,为此,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的培训提升、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施理实一体化教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,努力打追一支数量充足、素质合格、结构合理的实训师资队伍,为推进高职院校的建设和发展作出应有的贡献。
Training teachers are direct factors to the practical teaching activities and to the quality of teaching. There are some common problems for vocational training teachers in their quantity, quality, structure and other as- pects, therefore, we should set practical teaching as the core, improve their source structure, develop the introduc- tion of training talents, strengthen their training and upgrade, improve training teachers incentive mechanism, play a complementary role for part - time teachers and implement the integration of theory and practice and other measures of teaching mode reform to
