浅析高职生不良行为的成因及矫治策略

Analysis of the Causes and Remedy Students Bad Strategy for Higher Vocational Behavior

摘要：随着我国计划生育政策效力的逐步显现，高考人数逐年下降，一二本上线率逐年提高，高职入学人数和生源素质在不断下降，越来越多的问题学生走进高职院校成为未来高素质技能型人才的培养基础。如何培养问题生成才将逐渐成为高职院校生存和发展的关键。本文试图通过对问题学生不良行为形成原因进行分析并提出矫治策略为未来的学院建设提供建议。

Due to China family planning policy, students who attend college entrance examination decreased year by year, more students have the chance to higher education. The quality of students in higher vocational college de- creased continuously, more and more problems students enter the vocational college and will become the future high -quality skilled talents. How to train the problem students will gradually become the key for the survival and de- velopment of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the causes of problem student behavior and puts for- ward the treatment strategy, therefore provides suggestions for the college construction.
