摘要
高职院校经历由规模发展向内涵建设转变,高职的师资结构在学历层次、专业结构、实践经验等方面要求相应提高,高职师资的变化直接影响了高职的人才培养工作。
Higher vocational colleges are experiencing a period from scale development to connotation construction. There are more requirements for higher vocational teachers' structure in level of formal schooling, professional structure and practical experience. The changes of teachers straightly effects personnel training in vocational colle-ges.
