采用白土树脂串联方案净化环丁砜贫液 被引量:2

Purification of Lean Sulfolane by Using Clay and Resin Series Program

摘要 考察了活性白土与弱碱型阴离子交换树脂串联方案对含有高氯离子、高胶质环丁砜贫液进行净化的效果,以及活性白土吸附环丁砜贫液内杂质的能力。结果表明,白土与树脂串联方案对环丁砜贫液的净化效果优于以往单独使用碱性树脂的净化效果,同时活性白土能抑制胶质对树脂净化性能的干扰和胶质的聚合结垢。采用该串联方案能有效地将环丁砜贫液内氯离子质量浓度由10mg/L降低至3mg/L、胶质质量浓度由1800mg/L降低至900mg/L,并显著地降低了环丁砜贫液的色度。粒径分布数据与扫描电镜照片辅助验证了活性白土的吸附性能。 Purification of lean sulfolane containing high contents of chloride ion and colloid was carried out by using clay resin series program to investigate the purification effect and the ability of the active clay for adsorbing the impurities in lean suifolane. The results indicated that the purification effect of clay resin series program was better than that of the resin, and with clay resin series program the interference level of colloid polymerization could be reduced. The mass concentrations of chloride ion and the colloid in lean sulfolane decreased from 10 mg/L to 3 mg/L and 1800 mg/L to 900 mg/L, respectively, after purification with the series program and also the liquid chroma of the sulfolane significantly decreased. The results of particle size distribution and scanning electron microscope proved that the activated clay successfully adsorbed the impurities, such as colloid, in lean solfolane.
