纳米材料对双基和改性双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为了研究3种纳米材料(纳米复合物n-DPN、纳米AlN、纳米Al粉)对双基推进剂、含RDX的改性双基推进剂、含HMX/Al粉的改性双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,采用吸收-压延方法制备了推进剂样品,用靶线法测试了推进剂燃速。结果表明,纳米复合物n-DPN使含HMX/Al粉的改性双基推进剂在15~20MPa出现麦撒燃烧效应,10MPa的燃速超过24mm/s;10~20MPa的压强指数为0.08。加入质量分数2.6%的纳米AlN可使含RDX改性双基推进剂的燃速降低5mm/s;加入质量分数0.5%纳米Al粉可提高双基推进剂中低压强区(2~12MPa)的燃速,降低高压强区(15~20MPa)的燃速,降低中高压强区(8~20MPa)的压强指数。 In order to investigate the effects of three kinds of nano-materials, nano-composite (n-DPN), nano-A1N and nano-A1 powder, on the combustion properties of DB propellant, CMDB propellant containing RDX and CMDB propellant containing HMX/ A1 powder, the propellant samples were prepared by extraction and rolling method. The burning rates of propellants were measured by strand buner method. The results show that the nano-composite (n DPN) makes a mesa burning effect appear for the CMDB propellants containing HMX/A1 powder in the pressure range of 15--20MPa ,burning rate at pressure of 10MPa exceed 24mm/s and the pressure exponent in the pressure range of 10--20MPa be 0.08. The burning rate of the CMDB propellant containing RDX can be reduced by 5 mm/s when 2.6G A1N is added . The burning rate of DB will increase between 2--12MPa and be reduced between 15-- 20MPa, the pressure exponent in the pressure range of 8--20MPa is reduced when 0.5G nano-A1 powder is added.
