摘要
采用综合方法就休闲体育与老年人生活品质和健康促进的影响和作用进行研究。结果表明:"动则不衰"是中华民族养生调适的传统观点,合理选择和参与相应的休闲体育活动,有助于老年人寻找到新的乐趣。应充分利用区域经济社会资源,构建和实施健康化休闲体育,推进积极老龄化进程,满足老年人身心健康的需求,积极参与休闲体育活动,减缓人体衰老的进程,达到最佳的健康促进效应,获得和保持健康的身心状态,提高他们的生活品质,更好地度过幸福的晚年。
Author did the research about recreational sports could boost the eldly life quality and affect their heath by a composite method. The result pointed that once you do some work out, you will keep fit as well, that's a traditional mind in Chinese fitness theory. Choose a right kind of sport and take part in; it is good for eld to find a brand new in- terest. Use the regional financial resource as much as possible, to built and carry out healthy recreational sports and make the eld feel positive to take part in a game, and get satisfaction, to slow down the procedure of getting old from their mental and physical situation, and make them feel best in every single day. So they would get and keep the fitness on physical and mental status. That could improve their life quality and make them feel happy during their old age.
