摘要
研究基于服务质量评价理论PZB的SERVQUAL模型与Fredrick Herzberg的"双因素理论"结构模型为理论基础,通过访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和讨论等方法,构建大学生游泳学习满意度问卷。根据理论模型和有关专家、教练员访谈得出的19个条目的《大学生游泳学习满意度调查量表》包括5个维度,具有较好的内部一致性信度和结构效度。该量表为高校体育管理者对体育游泳教学工作评价提供了较为可靠和有效的方法。同时为高校体育教师和教练员改进游泳教学策略,提升教学质量提供可借鉴依据。
Based on the theory of service quality evaluation model and PZB SERVQUAL Fredrick Herzberg "double factor theory" structure model as its theoretical basis, through interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and discussion method, construction of university students" learning satisfaction structural model of swimming. College students' swimming learning satisfaction model structure for the first order five factor, Nikai Nana factor. According to the theoretical model and the relevant experts, coaches interviews with 19 entries to the "College Swim- ming Learning Satisfaction Questionnaire" includes 5 dimensions, has good internal consistency reliability and struc- ture validity. The scale for college sports management sports swimming teaching evaluation provides a reliable and ef- fective method. At the same time for college physical education teachers and coaches to improve swimming teaching strategy, enhance the quality of teaching to provide reference basis for borrowing.
