河南前河金矿破碎矿体探、采工程布置合理性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 前河金矿采充工艺复杂、台效低,尤其是采准施工难度大、周期长以及安全系数低,同时,为满足500 t/d的供矿需要,该矿区布置了50个采场,从而导致管理困难,采矿成本大幅增加。因此,提高单采场生产能力、缩短回采周期,将对缓减管理难度和提高探采工作效率有很大的帮助。采矿工程与探矿工程的布置能否充分合理地结合对矿山生产效益有很大的影响,针对前河金矿的实际情况,利用辅穿脉作为充填巷代替沿脉,对矿体进行再次圈定,并作为采准巷道是一次技术创新。 It is complex and low etfieieney tot the lechnology of mining and filling in Qianhe gold mine, specially, it is of mining eonstruetion difficult,long construction cycle and low safety factor.Yet there are 50 stopes seted up in the mining area in order to meet the mining production capacity of 500 tons per day,while it lead to the management difficulties and the high increasing of mining cost.Thus,it will be great help for reducing management difficulties and enhancing the exploring and mining efficiency,which improving the stope production capacity and shorten the recovery cycle.Whether it is reasonable for mining engineering and prospecting engineering layout,has a great influence on production efficiency of mining.According to the actual situation of Qianhe gold mine,it is a new technological innovation for using the auxiliary pulse as filling lane to replace the dyke,delineation of ore body again,and as a preparalion roadway.
