摘要
针对应用型本科院校学前教育专业人才培养中存在的问题与疑惑,从人才培养目标的三维定位、课程体系的完善、实践教学的加强、双师型师资队伍的建设、多元化与多主体评价与监控体系的构建等方面提出相应的应对策略。
The author of this paper has raised the strategies to cope with the problems in the talent training of preschool education in undergraduate universities with application as orientation from the making of goals, perfection of course system, strengthening of teaching practice, construction of versatile teaching staff, and the building of evaluation and supervision sys- tems.
