在竞争激烈的新媒体时代,新旧媒体纷纷拓展自己的言论阵地,新闻评论写作也由精英乐园变为公民写作。与此同时,公民评论员的媒介素养急需加以培养和提升,如甄别与判断的媒介批判能力;谨言慎行地运用媒介话语权的能力;保持独立人格,坚守自媒体特性;做一名负责任的传者等。为此,公民评论员应当掌握在信息化社会生存与发展必备的知识与技能;增强民主意识;培育科学精神;培养独立品格,提升创造性使用媒介的能力。

In the competitive new medium time, media, both old and new, begin to expand their speech fronts. The commenting writing of news has also turned from elites＇ activity into a civil one. Meanwhile, the caliber of civil commentators should be cultivated and greatly improved. This may include recognition and judgment of media＇ critic function, caution in u- sing the speech right of media, maintenance of self-media characteristics with independent personality, and being a responsible medium person. Accordingly, the civil commentators should master the knowledge and technique necessary for the existence in the informatization society. In addition, they have to strengthen their democratic consciousness, cultivate their scientific spirit, and develop their independence to employ media creatively.
