摘要
为解决自动测试系统中测试信号分散,数量大,信号范围宽,实时性要求高等问题,研制和开发了基于LXI总线的测试系统。分析了自动测试系统中需要解决的关键技术,介绍了LXI总线技术的主要优点,阐述了系统总体和软件设计实现。应用实践证明,选择LXI总线简化了测试系统结构,降低了成本,减少了软件开发工作量。此方案亦可推广到其它功能测试系统中。
To solve the problems existing in the Automatic Testing system, such as dispersed and high volume and wide range of signals and high requirements of real-time efficacy, we established and developed a detecting system based on LXI Bus This manuscript analyzed the critical techniques which need to be resolved and briefly introduce the major advantages of LXI Bus and also illustrated the realization of general system and software design Application and practice have shown that LXI Bus could simplify the detecting system structure, lower cost and reduce workloads of software development. This system is also very promising to be applied into other detecting systems.
