摘要
FDI对中国经济增长的质量具有重要影响。本文对中国各省市经济增长质量的测度结果显示,随着制度的变迁,增长质量呈现出阶段性的快速增长趋势。文章利用系统GMM方法对省级面板数据的经验分析发现,FDI对中国经济增长质量具有显著的正向作用,中国利用外资的规模尚未超出安全阈值,没有形成外资依赖。其后的进一步检验表明,政府因素明显促进了FDI的积极作用,这主要得益于宏观管理水平的提高,同时表明干预程度处在相对合理的范围内。
Based on measuring the quality of China's economic growth with provincial data,this paper estimates the effect of FDI on economic growth quality,as well as effects of government factor in this process empirically,and gets conclusions as follows.Firstly,the quality of China's economic growth presents periodically rapid improvement trend with the process of institution change.Secondly,the volume of inflow FDI has not exceeded the safety threshold,and has a distinguished positive effect on China's economic growth quality.Thirdly,government factor promotes the effect of FDI at a distinguished level,indicating that the government's intervention is in a relatively reasonable range.
