我国企业低碳战略风险管理探究

On Risk Management of Low-carbon Strategy in Enterprises in China

我国发展低碳经济处于探索阶段,尚未形成整体思路,同时企业自身低碳化管理能力还比较薄弱,导致企业制定和实施低碳战略存在着诸多不确定性。文章对企业低碳战略管理过程中可能产生的风险因素进行了研究,从企业的外部环境、自身资源、低碳能力和低碳战略本身四个方面分析了低碳战略风险因素,从而构建起一个低碳战略风险的识别框架,旨在使企业能够有效地规避低碳战略风险。

China is in initial stage of developing low-carbon economy and enterprises' ability in low-carbon management is weak,which leads to uncertainty in enterpises' managing process of low-carbon strategy.This paper makes a study of factors that may result in risks in the progress,including factors in external environment of enterprises,self resources,low-carbon ability and low-carbon strategy itself,and sets up a framework to discover risks of low-carbon strategy so that enterprises can aviod the risks effectively.
